How to download and save your DMS Notes onto your device with Google Drive (recommended)
For Android Users:
Look for the button that says "Download Here" and tap on it.
A download should begin, and the file will typically be saved in the 'Downloads' folder of your device.
Open the Google Drive app on your phone. If it isn't installed, you can download it from the Google Play Store.
Tap the '+' (plus) button, typically located in the bottom right corner.
From the menu, select 'Upload'.
Navigate to your 'Downloads' folder and select the PDF file.
Wait for the file to upload. Once uploaded, you can view the PDF directly from the Google Drive app.
For iPhone or iPad Users:
Look for the button that says "Download Here" and tap on it.
A download should begin, and the file will be saved in your 'Downloads' folder in the Files app. (if not, you can tap on the share button to save it into Files)
Open the Google Drive app on your phone. If it isn't installed, you can download it from the App Store.
Tap the '+' (plus) button, usually located in the bottom right corner.
From the menu, select 'Upload'.
Navigate to your 'Downloads' folder in the Files app and select the PDF file.
Wait for the file to upload. Once uploaded, you can view the PDF directly from the Google Drive app.
For Personal Computer Users:
Look for the button that says "Download Here" and click on it.
A download should start. Depending on your browser settings, you may be asked to choose a location to save the file, or it might automatically download to your designated 'Downloads' folder.
Once the download is complete, navigate to the location where you saved the file. You can now open and view the PDF file using a PDF reader application, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or the default PDF viewer of your operating system.
